Disclaimer: while I think this is a solid 4.5/5, I gave it a full 5 as it doesn't deserve a 4 and half stars aren't an option.
Been thoroughly enjoying this button box for the last week or so paired with the r320 wheel. Tactility on all the buttons is fantastic and the rotarys and funky switches all feel great. The provided RJ to USB cables are practically commerical grade and there's no concern about longevity there.
One of my only main complaints however are the shifters. For reference, my points of comparison are the SRC button box and the PSP studios formula style wheel on a VRS DFP. Both of which in my opinion provide a much more tactile and confidence inspiring action from the shifters. There is a slight inconsistency in tactility between the left and right paddles with the left being sharper and more pleasant and the right being slightly sloppier and rounder of a tactile bump. Both paddles have a slight up and down wobble while fastened in place. This is with the 10mm offset paddles installed. This is not as noticeable when actually racing and in the heat of the moment however a slight improvement in the tolerances and tactility would make this perfect in my opinion.
There is some slight flex when pressing some of the upper and outer buttons but it's a total non issue and you wouldn't notice unless you visually paid attention to the slight deflection.
The elegance and light weight of the unit is really unrivaled and paired with an already lightweight rim like the r320 and it just feels great.
One word of caution to people using generic spacers say from Amazon/eBay and the like. The plastic moulding around the RJ45 connector may interfere with the spacer if the spacers outer diameter is too large. I just turned my initial spacer down on the lathe enough to clear the connector while I waited for a more elegant solution to come in.
